Tibet Guest House - Phakding

2652m

sunny 18 °C

We were the only people in the lodge so helped the owner make Yak cheese and Potato Momo's in the kitchen. It was a very basic set up with old fashioned kettles and stove to cook on. I taught Tommy how to play Solitaire like Nan used to teach me! The guest house had a grey stone front that was far better quality than the buildings in Kathmandu! The back however was all plywood with plywood bed frames built in.
